What we collect

When you place an order: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), and the items you ordered. When you browse: anonymous analytics — pages viewed, device type, country. We do not collect more than we need to ship your order and keep the site running.

Why we have it

To process your order, send shipping updates, respond if you contact us, and understand which products people open. That is the entire list.

Who we share it with

Shopify (checkout + payment processing), our print partner TapStitch (production + dispatch), and our shipping carrier. Each only sees what they need. We never sell your data to third parties — not for marketing, not for analytics, not ever.

How long we keep it

Order data: as long as legally required (typically 7 years for tax records). Email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Anonymous analytics: 14 months.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. EU/UK residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their data protection authority. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use the minimum needed: a session cookie for your cart, and Shopify checkout cookies. No third-party advertising trackers.
